The Heather Club

The Heather Club is for those who have suffered a Stroke together with their families, and particularly helps with Speech after a stroke.

The group meets weekly on Fridays between 10.30 - 2.30pm, with different activities taking place, such as Quizzes and Word Games, Art and Crafts, Tai Chi, and outings including skittles against other local clubs.

Members can bring their own lunch, or food can be bought locally as the Centre is next to shops.  The session also offers a break for carers.
